About the internship of Professor Nurillayeva N.M. at Vilnius University and the University Clinic of Lithuania (October 9 – 16, 2023)
The Faculty of Medicine was founded in 1781 and is one of the largest and most important faculties of Vilnius University. It consists of five departments, two institutes, 13 clinics, several dozen centers and laboratories, computer classes, as well as a library and a museum. The faculty employs over 700 people, including 28 professors, 98 associate professors. More than 1300 students are studying in medical specialties, about 300 of them are in the master’s program; more than 600 residents and more than 70 doctoral students are improving.
Professor Nurillayeva N.M. met with the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Dalius Zhatusis, as well as the chairman of the Association of Family Doctors Kestutis Shtaras.
Also, Professor Nurillayeva N.M. visited the University Clinic and held a meeting with the chief physician of the clinic.
Several events are planned to be held at the TMA: an educational, methodological and scientific conference, master classes and joint publications in journals of Vilnius University.
