Republican conference of young scientists “Actual issues of medicine”
NOTIFICATION
Council of young scientists of TMA is planning to hold traditional republican conference of young scientists dedicated to “Actual issues of medicine” with a further release of compilation of scientific works in April, 2018. This compilation will enlighten researches of young scientists: bachelors, masters, residents, senior researcher, aspirants who ought to present the results of their independently-performed works.
A broad range of theoretical and applied medical issues will be reviewed during the conference. Besides, one of the chapters of compilation will focus on application and implementation of contemporary information technologies into the educational process. Official languages of the conference are English, Uzbek and Russian. Presented theses will be published in the compilation of scientific works of the conference after the selection stage.
Requirements for publications.
Volume of abstract – 1 page; mode of a page – А4.
Word processor – МS Word – 2000; script – Times New Roman 10, with 1,5 interval, text fields – 1 inch from every corner. Order of paragraphs in text: First paragraph: title of work written in capital letters without abbreviations. Second paragraph: Full name of author(s). Third paragraph: name of institution and department. Text starts at Fourth paragraph. Structure of thesis: tasks and objectives, materials and methods, results of research, conclusion and outcomes.
Materials may be presented in English, Uzbek and Russian. Theses must be thoroughly reviewed and edited, devoid of tables and references. Within the text references ought to be presented in ordinary brackets, including their full name and date of publication. Responsibility for authenticity of given data and grammar mistakes is on authors. Theses with elements of plagiarism or duplication of ones previously published in compilations of conference, as well as those with grammatically incorrect content will not be reviewed.
Theses must be sent electronically to tmamedconf2018@gmail.com. Each attached file must include a single thesis only. Title of a file should include a surname of the first author, serial number of thesis (if author presents more than one work) and scientific field of a work. For example, Sultanov 1, surgery; Sultanov 2, Information technologies. In the end there should be a form that contains the following points: date of birth of each author, home address and cellphone number (author, who is responsible for correspondence must be underlined), their signature, full names, science degree and post of a scientific supervisor. The form of conference that interests a participant should be indicated as well:
- Oral report;
- Poster report;
- Publication only
Deadline for application is by 31st of December, 2017. Editorial Board accepts works if they were performed in the pattern given above from authors and co-authors not older than 35. Each author may present not more than two theses. Editorial Board is entitled to select the most actual works for publication and presenting on oral and poster sessions of the conference. Materials that do not obey the requirements as well as those sent past the deadline will not be published.
