Assistant of the department S.I. Mavlyanov, from 16.12 to 28.12.2018, participated in the program of medical internship in the specialty “Cardiology”, under the guidance of instructor – Professor A.L. Syrkina in the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov, Moscow. During the internship, he worked in the cardiology departments. He participated in practical manipulations such as setting temporary and permanent pacemakers, diagnostic cardiocentesis for analyzing pericardial effusions, electrophysiological examination of the heart and CT interpretation of coronary arteries, transesophageal echocardiography, Holter ECG monitoring, Daily monitoring of blood pressure, conducting stress testing, redox echocardiography, Holter monitoring of ECG, Daily monitoring of blood pressure, conducting exercise test, red heart echocardiography, Holter monitoring of ECG, Daily monitoring of blood pressure, conducting exercise test, red heart echocardiography. In addition, he participated in rounds of patients in cardiology, intensive care and admissions departments. At the end of the internship, all participants were awarded certificates of completion.
